Jake was on time and made the whole experience very relaxing he was very knowledgeable on the products used explaining everything thoroughly. He walked us through the design step by step explained the installation process and explained all payment options and discounts and never pressuring us for a decision all in all it was a great experience. Great experience with Optum
Our installer, Doug Clark, did an excellent job with our project. He was very professional and friendly throughout the process and we were very comfortable with him being in our home. He was always on time, responsive, able to answer questions, and he kept things very clean as he worked. He would always clean the work area before he left for the day. We do recommend Optum for bathroom remodeling and we’re very grateful that it was Doug who remodeled our bathroom.

Our bathroom looks great! It turned out better than I thought it would. Josiah was very knowledgeable, professional and a great craftsman. He was very friendly and always informed us when he would be at our house. Highly recommend this company and for sure Josiah.

Awesome installer
Jozy Reeves was awesome! There were some glitches with the materials that were ordered. Being the experienced professional that he is, when he arrive at our site and I showed him the shower, Jozy quickly realized there was a measurement error. He promptly advised me if the issue. He did everything possible to correct the error. He is one of the friendliest and most polite people I have met. It is obvious he takes great pride in his work. He spent 3 days working in our project. I believe the final product was better than I envisioned. Jozy is exactly the kind of worker you want to represent your company. You are very fortunate to have him as part of your team.
