Jake was on time and made the whole experience very relaxing he was very knowledgeable on the products used explaining everything thoroughly. He walked us through the design step by step explained the installation process and explained all payment options and discounts and never pressuring us for a decision all in all it was a great experience. He is an Asset for Optum.
