Our Optum Experience
We selected Optum to replace our windows and sliding glass doors. We were extremely pleased with the end result. The quality of the windows and doors was excellent and the end result makes a very nice presentation. Everyone we worked with was extremely pleasant and professional. There was a concern that the job be done correctly, and that we were pleased with the end result. We were so satisfied with the entire process that we are now planning to replace a tub shower with a new walk-in shower and have chosen Optum to do the installation for us.
Matt the Design Consultant is Awesome!
After almost 10 years of living with horrible windows, I saw that a number of my neighbors had their windows re-done, and with Optum. Scheduling the first meeting was a breeze and "Matt the Window Guy" came out. What a great experience! Matt is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and above has a great sense of humor (especially with the likes of a "tough customer," like me). I recommend having Matt come out to advise you on your new windows, as well!
Big Changes
We did some big changes! We got rid of a door and made the shower feel more open! I love it!

Converted our ould 2 in 1 to a shower with a door. It looks so much better!
Clean
My old tile was disgusting. Love the easy to clean new material!
New Shower
My bathroom was literally unuseable. The walls were cut open from a leak. the new shower makes the room complete and beatiful again!
New Bathroom
We are working on bring our bathroom back to life. The Optum Team did a great job with the shower! Even let us start painting while the old one was being ripped out!
New Tub
I wanted a new color and an easy to clean bathtub. Very pleased with the Optum team from start to finish!
Side By Side
We converted our side by side to be a large walk in shower. The bench at the end to sit and dry off was a great idea!
Walk In Bath
I met an Optum Rep at the State Fair home show and when they told me they had inventory and could have me installed in as little as 2 weeks I jumped on board! My walk in tub looks and feels great and my guest shower is beautiful!
