Call Center Sales Representative

We’re looking for top Call Center Sales Representatives to add to our highly successful Call Center. We are a leader in the window & bath industry, and we are looking for the BEST to join and grow with our organization. The Call Center Sales Rep is a full or part-time position responsible for obtaining and scheduling the sales call for the project and reports to the Call Center Manager.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls to appointments by using the company-prescribed script and methodology
• Actively make outbound phone calls to sell the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with a goal of converting the call to an appointment with our Design Consultant
• Intermittently field inbound phone calls to schedule appointments
• Navigate in multiple web-based computer systems while scheduling appointments and fielding/conducting phone calls
• Meet regularly with coaches and direct Supervisor to provide and receive feedback on job performance.

Qualifications

• Call Center sales experience preferred, but not required (any sales background is beneficial)

• Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled
• Able to work non-traditional hours as needed (evenings and weekends)
• Ability to work in the Tempe, AZ office required
• Ability to work successfully in a professional work environment while adhering to job and customer expectations.
